About the position
The Remote Call Center Agent position at Randstad US involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and web chat. The role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to learn about and explain innovative products to clients. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a focus on professionalism and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Be polite and professional across all three contact mediums (Phones, Emails, and Web Chat)
- Maintain an exceptional attendance record
- Learn each product and explain the product details to clients after completing training
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to follow up effectively
