About the position

MDS Communications is seeking experienced outbound contact center representatives to work remotely, focusing on engaging with donors and prospective donors to secure financial support for various non-profit organizations. The role emphasizes positive communication and maintaining productivity metrics while contributing to meaningful charitable causes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the connection between non-profit and donor.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience, with preference given to telephone fundraising experience.
• Dedicated wired Internet connection.
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity.
• A commitment and enthusiasm to the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.
