About the position
The Remote Care Optometrist position at LensCrafters involves working as an Associate Optometrist within a private Independent practice. The role offers professional autonomy in patient care, with flexible scheduling options and the use of advanced optometric technology. The Associate will collaborate with a Subleasing Doctor to provide high-quality optometric services without company-imposed restrictions or quotas.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients.
- Utilize advanced digital eye examination technology, including Clarifye and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
- Manage patient appointments and recall through an automated online system.
- Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
- State licensure to practice optometry in New Jersey.
- Experience in providing comprehensive eye care services.
