About the position

The Remote Client Services Coordinator role is designed for individuals with a passion for the Travel and Tourism industry. This position involves working directly with clients to create custom vacation packages while collaborating with various vendors and suppliers. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and effective communication to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel itineraries including airline, car rental, cruises, resorts & hotels, amusement parks, concert & sporting event tickets, and other tours & activities.
• Process payments on behalf of clients to secure reservations.
• Maintain relationships with industry-specific vendors and suppliers.
• Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry.
• Provide superior customer service to clients.
• Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas.

Requirements

• Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.
• Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.
• Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US.

Nice-to-haves

• Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in hospitality and/or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
