About the position

The Co-Manufacturing Sales Leader is responsible for driving sales growth in private label and co-manufacturing services for beverage manufacturers. This role involves nurturing customer relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with the executive team to enhance company revenues. The position requires a strong understanding of the beverage industry and the intricacies of project management from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and existing sales of private label and co-manufacturing services to beverage manufacturers.
  • Nurture customer relationships and manage account direction.
  • Oversee day-to-day relationships with customers, understanding their goals and long-term strategies.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to profitably grow company revenues.
  • Manage internal communication plans, monthly reporting, and sales activity tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
  • 5+ years of business development experience with food and beverage manufacturers in contract manufacturing and/or private label services.
  • Strong understanding of packaging and project initiation processes.
  • Sales and process-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Proven critical thinking skills to resolve complex, high-impact opportunities.
