About the position

The Remote Colorado Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting Loan Officers throughout the mortgage application process, from initiation to closing. This position emphasizes strong communication skills and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience, contributing to a family-like work environment at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG).

Responsibilities

• Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager.
• Assigns loan files.
• Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed.
• Splits and stacks loan docs.
• Provides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Departmental filing.
• Performs a variety of PTF functions including but not limited to VOE, VOM, VOD.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant experience.
• NMLS License preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
