About the position

The Remote Contract Compliance Administrative Assistant position is a temporary role focused on ensuring compliance with vendor audit processes. The role involves coordinating the audit questionnaire process, reviewing submissions, and maintaining accurate records. This position is fully remote and requires strong administrative skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor audit questionnaire process and ensure compliance
  • Mail out audit questionnaires monthly to vendors
  • Review returned questionnaires and ensure that responses are compliant
  • Update system with acceptable audit questionnaires
  • File completed copies in vendors' contract folders
  • Call and send emails to vendors that fail to submit the questionnaires
  • Send out certification of compliance letters
  • Send out contract amendments
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • Previous contract administrative experience a plus
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience required
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.) required
  • Bilingual Spanish is a major plus
