About the position

The Remote Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service through various digital channels and acting as a point of contact when automated solutions are insufficient. This role is primarily remote but may require occasional on-site support for events. The position is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, requiring a proactive and self-starting individual eager to improve systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
  • Manage incoming leads and guide them through the sales process to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and customer retention.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or others is beneficial.
