About the position
The Remote Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service through various digital channels and acting as a point of contact when automated solutions are insufficient. This role is primarily remote but may require occasional on-site support for events. Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
- Manage incoming leads and guide them through the sales process to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and customer retention.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
