Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers.
  • Input data accurately into the system.
  • Provide high-level customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Handle 75+ calls a day.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of high volume call center experience or equivalent.
  • Healthcare call center experience preferred.
  • Must have reliable, high-speed internet.
  • Must have a closed-door room that is distraction-free.
