About the position

The Remote Customer Service Representative position at Qualfon involves providing support to customers regarding their dental benefits. This role is fully remote and requires handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and documenting interactions in a computer tracking system. The position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance and attendance, and includes virtual paid training.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via inbound and outbound service; telephone interactions to address a variety of customer inquiries in a consistently polite manner.
  • Handle basic eligibility and benefits questions related to dental providers.
  • Forward specific inquiries as directed for priority resolution.
  • Document each encounter/resolution in the computer tracking system.
  • Maintain a professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivate and work independently while adhering to assigned schedules with minimal assistance.
  • Multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer.

Requirements

  • One year of previous call center experience.
  • Ability to attend 100% classroom training program.
  • Strong capacity to retain information.
  • Aptitude to deliver on all customer requests/concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Computer savvy and can resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Dental care industry experience and knowledge considered a strong advantage.
