About the position

TEKsystems is seeking a fully-remote outbound customer service representative for a part-time position. The role involves making outbound calls to shareholders, addressing concerns regarding proxy voting, and ensuring accurate communication about management's intentions. This position is initially a 12-week contract with the possibility of future projects.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to shareholders to communicate important information regarding proxy voting.
• Address concerns raised by shareholders about management's actions and intentions.
• Direct shareholders on how to vote and provide accurate information to counter misinformation.
• Achieve a target of 30 calls per hour using an autodialer, with a focus on effective communication despite high voicemail rates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or data entry experience.
• Ability to work in a quiet workspace and make outbound calls effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with autodialers or similar calling technology.
• Familiarity with shareholder communications or proxy voting processes.
