As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will represent one of the nation's largest brands, interact and build meaningful connections with customers via inbound calls, and assist with their needs—all from the comfort of your home. You will be prepared for all call types and customers during your paid training, and part of your role will include upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs.
