About The Position
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for NexRep, you will provide compassionate support to patients and caregivers involved in self-directed Medicaid programs. This role allows you to work from home, set your own schedule, and make a positive impact on people's lives by assisting with payroll services for caregivers. You will handle incoming calls, assist with enrollment and inquiries, and ensure caregivers receive the necessary support and information.
