We are currently seeking a remote Customer Success Manager to oversee the Pacific Northwest territory. This role reports to the head of customer success and business development for the region. The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Manager is to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and consultation regarding Ceres products and services. This includes engaging with medium to large agricultural enterprises, which are often part of larger land management organizations, upselling accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the onboarding and renewal processes. The position is remote but requires approximately 25% travel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong agronomic background and a deep understanding of modern agtech, particularly imaging technologies. This expertise will enable the Customer Success Manager to assist customers in optimizing their use of water, chemicals, and fertilizers to achieve better yield outcomes. Ceres Imaging offers a competitive base salary starting at $85,000 per year, with the potential for more based on experience, alongside an uncapped commission structure, monthly employee stipends, home office setup support, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
