About the position

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at TDI Digital Solutions, Inc., you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing data for our clients. This role allows for remote work, providing flexibility in your schedule while contributing to a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Input and update data into various computer systems and databases
• Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all client data
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors
• Collaborate with team members to improve and optimize data entry processes
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working remotely is a plus
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
