We are currently seeking to fill a new data entry clerk position. This is a full-time, in-person role that operates Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, problem-solving skills, and effective time management abilities. The Data Entry Clerk will report directly to the Director of Operations and will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems. In this position, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for creating spreadsheets to track important information and sales data. The role involves maintaining the database by entering new and updated account information, ensuring that all data entry requirements are met by following established data program techniques and procedures. The clerk will also verify entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data as necessary. Additionally, the Data Entry Clerk will provide occasional administrative support and assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry. This position requires a motivated and friendly individual who can work well with team members and occasionally interface with customers via email. Familiarity with basic Google Docs and the ability to type with speed and accuracy are essential for success in this role.
