About the position

The Remote Data Entry Clerk position is a 5-month contract role focused on aiding in the software integration of nearly 30,000 work orders between Salesforce and Corrigo. The role involves repetitive data entry tasks, requiring fast learning and good communication skills, as well as occasional client interaction. The position is crucial for maintaining data integrity across multiple CMMS systems and ensuring accurate work order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders in multiple CMMS systems.
• Transfer work order data between CMMS systems to maintain accuracy.
• Create and update work orders in multiple CMMS systems.
• Provide bi-directional status updates of work orders.
• Create/manage work orders manually or through mass uploads.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of status updates in both CMMS systems.
• Follow work order mapping for correct creation.
• Provide time-sensitive updates to work orders in real time.
• Set up alerts in CMMS systems as per account-specific processes.
• Handle emergency work orders by contacting the technician on the account team.
• Pull reports on work order status.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of high-volume data entry experience
• Advanced Excel experience including V-lookups and statistical formulas
• Experience with mass copy, mass paste, and mass uploading into spreadsheets
• CMMS experience with systems like Corrigo, Fiix, EMaint, Maximo, MaintainX.
