About the position
Aireko Energy Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter and manage data within the company's systems, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in data entry tasks, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Transcribe information from various sources into electronic formats.
- Collect and verify data to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Utilize Excel for data manipulation, including the use of pivot tables for reporting purposes.
- Maintain organized files and records to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the development of data collection systems to optimize data management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Requirements
