About the position

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Net2Source Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the omnichannel organization and ensuring that the PASS team and program needs are met. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure connectivity to broader commercialization efforts, focusing on communication connectivity, tactics, and execution. You will be tasked with developing a comprehensive brand.com nursing adherence enrollment schematic and managing the overall PASS omnichannel enrollment strategy. This includes ownership of the communications Business Requirements Document (BRD) in collaboration with the agency, as well as managing the handoff asset strategy between TAG, Agency, and Client. You will also be responsible for building and testing communication integrations, implementing the communications integrations plan, and overseeing the opt-in/opt-out strategy. Additionally, you will quarterback the integration launch planning, ensuring that all necessary sign-offs are obtained, and incorporate PASS communications into the broader Cobenfy omnichannel ecosystem. Experience in the schizophrenia patient/provider/care-giver journey is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with the target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the omnichannel organization and ensure connectivity to broader commercialization efforts.
  • Develop brand.com nursing adherence enrollment schematic and management.
  • Manage overall PASS omnichannel enrollment strategy.
  • Own communications BRD ownership with the agency.
  • Handoff asset strategy between TAG, Agency, and Client.
  • Build and test communication integrations and implement the communications integrations plan.
  • Oversee opt-in/opt-out strategy for communications.
  • Quarterback integration launch planning, ensuring DTA, QVA, and BRD sign-offs are completed.
  • Incorporate PASS communications into the broader Cobenfy omnichannel ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related marketing or media agency.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical omnichannel strategy and digital marketing with commercial patient support programs.
  • Proven ability to manage digital agencies, pharmaceutical call centers, technical integrations, vendors, and cross-functional support teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, WorkFront, and Veeva CRM.
  • 5 years of Project Management experience (PMP not required).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, accustomed to fast-paced settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on, and edit communications and presentations.
