About the position

The Remote Employee Relations Manager is responsible for addressing workplace concerns, conducting complex investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations. This role aims to enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention by implementing proactive employee relations strategies in collaboration with HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts complex investigations involving sensitive matters such as harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
  • Provides coaching, development, and training to business leaders to promote positive employee relations.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners to identify trends and make recommendations on employee retention and engagement.
  • Applies data analysis to case management to develop insights and recommendations.
  • Offers general employee relations support to address workplace matters.
  • Collaborates with legal counsel for issue resolution and litigation preparation.
  • Works with Internal Audit on investigations related to ethics and compliance.
  • Designs and delivers training sessions on performance management and discipline topics.
  • Participates in HR/OD Strategic Initiatives to improve business results.

Requirements

  • Experience in employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of workplace policies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.

  • Experience in HR strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with legal compliance and risk mitigation.
