About the position

The EPIC Project Manager at Insight Global will independently manage and coordinate multiple complex project plans, focusing on implementation schedules and resource estimates. This role involves providing leadership and direction for entity-based teams, overseeing technology and implementation activities on an enterprise-wide level, and ensuring effective communication and integration planning across various project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple complex project plans including implementation schedules and resource estimates.
• Provide project leadership and direction for entity-based teams.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate technology and implementation activities on an enterprise-wide level.
• Coordinate activities of entity-based project teams and identify necessary corporate and entity resources.
• Develop schedules and project plans, including risk identification and change management.
• Facilitate communication planning and integration planning for projects.
• Lead projects of varying complexity and oversee the activities of other resources.
• Maintain close working relationships with leadership, customers, and vendor representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Management, or 6+ years of related experience required.
• 6+ years of escalating project management experience in healthcare or business settings, ideally using information systems.
• PMP certification is required.
• ScrumMaster certification is required.
• Experience with EPIC and working in healthcare information technology is preferred.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is preferred.
