Responsibilities
- Sell life insurance to clients who have expressed interest in obtaining coverage.
- Provide hands-on training and mentoring to new agents.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license.
- Strong motivation and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Existing Life and Health Insurance license is preferred.
