About the position

The Remote Healthcare Product Owner will work with a national healthcare client to design and manage health plans, ensuring that the intended consumer experience is realized. This role requires navigating ambiguous requirements and collaborating with various teams, particularly in a remote setting. The position is a contract opportunity expected to last until May 2025, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Design national health plans and ensure they meet consumer needs.
• Collaborate with the state strategy team and actuarial team to implement health plans.
• Interpret and navigate ambiguous requirements in a health plan environment.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience designing health plans.
• Experience working specifically with Individual and Family Plans (IFP).
• Knowledge of overall ACA marketplace structure and dynamics.
• Experience with health plan exchanges.
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory documents.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
