About the position
The Healthcare Provider Digital Solutions Sales Director is a remote position focused on driving sales of IT services and digital solutions within the healthcare provider industry. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in IT sales, particularly in managing complex sales processes and building relationships with C-level executives. The director will be responsible for generating new business, developing sales strategies, and delivering insights and solutions that address the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Level decision makers.
- Drive services sales strategies to achieve exponential sales growth.
- Sell complex managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, and application services.
- Design and implement sales strategies to meet sales quotas.
- Assess potential sales opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
- Interface and influence multiple C-level executives within customer organizations.
- Anticipate market and competitive factors that influence sales of NTT DATA services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience selling into Healthcare Provider clients.
- Deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, and market needs.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual quotas of $8 million Revenue/$16 million TCV.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with boardroom executive presence.
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of experience within Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare and/or Microsoft (MS) Healthcare platform.
