About the position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Advanced Behavioral Therapy involves working collaboratively with clients, families, and providers to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. The role includes assessing clients, creating treatment plans, training and supervising direct staff, and reporting progress to the clinical director. This is a full-time remote/hybrid position aimed at compassionate and dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Train and supervise direct staff (RBT).
- Collaborate with clients, families, and providers to ensure quality services.
- Report monthly to the clinical director on client progress.
Requirements
- BCBA board certification in good standing for at least 1 year.
- Experience providing BCBA supervision and training for at least 1 year.
- Experience with creating behavior and skill programs utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst).

- Hybrid/remote experience preferred.
