About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Success On The Spectrum, a national Autism Treatment franchise. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques to provide effective behavioral health services. This role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and a manageable caseload, allowing BCBAs to focus on quality care for their clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in patient care
  • Supervise interns and RBTs
  • Perform assessments using tools like VB-Mapp, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
  • Create individualized, research-based client programs
  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
  • Conduct weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
  • Manage insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in special education practices
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and care
  • Ability to maintain detailed medical records
  • Knowledge of behavioral health interventions and strategies
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • BLS and CPR certification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active
