About the position

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to start with us on March 25th, 2024, for our Brandon location. Candidates must be within a 1-hour commute from Brandon to qualify for this position. The role involves communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels. You will respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for de-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensuring that we explore all options to satisfy their needs. Identifying the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution is also a key part of the job. Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Customer service experience obtained in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a call center environment for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts including weekends and holidays.
