About the position

The Fitness Sales Manager at Neptune Fitness is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with property management teams in luxury communities. This role focuses on promoting personalized fitness experiences and selling personal training sessions to residents, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Property Management Teams to introduce services to their residents.
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with Property Management to establish Neptune Fitness as a valued community amenity.
  • Promote Neptune Fitness to potential communities and showcase benefits.
  • Sell Personal Training sessions via MS Teams or in-person to residents eager to start their fitness programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and property management teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in community marketing or outreach.
  • Familiarity with personal training or fitness programs.
