About the position

The Associate Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the achievement of Residential Monthly Shipping Goals by assisting Distributors and Direct Dealers Representatives. This position involves coordinating sales order activities and ensuring timely fulfillment of sales orders as products become available. The role requires strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills to provide an excellent experience for end customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the achievement of Residential Monthly Shipping Goals.
• Support Distributors and Direct Dealers Representatives in sales order activities.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders via deliveries as products become available.
• Quickly and accurately process incoming orders via SAP.
• Verify that orders have correct prices, discounts, and current product parts.
• Create deliveries and shipments to support Sales Coordinators with available products.
• Understand stock availability and production scheduling.
• Utilize customer service reference documents effectively.
• Follow policies governing pricing, order entry, and order status inquiries.
• Consolidate sales orders based on Distributors and Direct Dealer shipments to create truck loads for shipping.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service skills to provide a gracious experience to end customers.
• Proficiency in project management and account management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and Salesforce.

• Familiarity with inventory reports and lead-time reports.
