About the position

The Inbound Sales Representative at Consumer Cellular is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers, primarily those aged 50 and above. This role involves actively listening to customer needs, explaining technology in an accessible manner, and recommending suitable products and service plans. The representative will multitask by managing data entry, logging sales, and addressing customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of over-the-phone sales experience.
• Basic computer skills including general typing, data entry, and basic computer operation.
• Ability to communicate professionally and politely in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
