About the position

The Remote Influencer Recruiter will play a crucial role in expanding the organization's influencer program by identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. This position requires a strong background in sales or recruiting, with a focus on building partnerships that align with the brand's values and target audience.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand values and target audience.
• Conduct outreach to potential influencers via email, social media, or other communication channels to introduce our brand and discuss potential partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to promote our products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prequalify influencers to ensure they meet our criteria for collaboration, including audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and coordinate influencer campaigns, including setting goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencers to continuously expand our network and improve our influencer marketing strategies.
• Handle various administrative tasks related to influencer recruitment and campaign management, such as updating databases, preparing contracts, and processing payments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or recruiting
• Proven experience recruiting and signing on influencers to a brand
• Experience with high volume cold calling and cold outreach
• Proficiency in tools such as Hypeauditor, Social Ladder, Captiv8, MightyScout

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
