Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Call Center/Phone sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to connect with clients through phone presentations and cultivate strong relationships.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to embrace coaching for continuous improvement.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Confidence in communication and decision-making, with the ability to present ideas professionally.
