Remote Inside Sales Rep

About the position

The Remote Inside Sales Rep at Lincare is responsible for increasing revenue by managing incoming and outgoing customer inquiries. This role involves utilizing company resources to provide accurate information and support to potential customers, ensuring effective communication with patients and physicians. The position emphasizes customer service, sales facilitation, and adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Establishes customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls.
• Promotes products and facilitates customer needs by assessing qualifications and explaining product/service benefits.
• Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services.
• Records customer information and maintains the database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
• Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitates the sales process by communicating with appropriate internal and external contacts.
• Completes and ensures accurate validation of insurance benefits.
• Provides customer follow-up as required.
• Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results.

Requirements

• Excellent telephone customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• Mastery of the English language, both oral and written
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Inside sales experience
• Call Center experience
• Medical industry knowledge beneficial
• Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
