The College of Applied Human Sciences (CAHS) at West Virginia University is seeking a dedicated and skilled Instructional Designer for a remote position. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of online education by collaborating with faculty and staff to produce engaging and effective instructional materials. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing course materials that are functional, intuitive, informative, and aligned with established instructional design principles. In addition to course design and development, the Instructional Designer will engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, lead training for program instructors, and explore marketing strategies to enhance student retention and recruitment.
