Insight Global is seeking 3 Remote Instructional Designers to work on a 2-year project for a client in higher education. This project is part of a large initiative aimed at significantly reducing the number of E-learning courses from 3000 down to 100, while ensuring that all courses align with accessibility and compliance standards. The role is crucial in transforming the educational content to meet these new requirements and standards. A significant part of the job will involve migrating content from an older template to a newer one, which includes evaluating what content needs to be updated and making necessary modifications within the template. Additionally, the role will require providing narration for the updated courses and producing videos as needed, which adds a creative aspect to the instructional design process. The company emphasizes its commitment to creating diverse and inclusive environments, where employees can bring their authentic selves to work. As an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer, Insight Global believes in the importance of diversity and ensures that all qualified candidates receive consideration for employment regardless of various protected characteristics. The company also provides accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the application and recruiting process.
