About the position

The Tax Manager position is a fully remote role focused on providing tax services to individuals and businesses. The role involves reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and building relationships with clients and firm leadership. The Tax Manager will also stay updated on tax regulations and collaborate with other tax professionals to deliver effective tax services.

Responsibilities

• Review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Public accounting experience
• At least 2 years of International Tax experience
• CPA or EA
