About the position

The Junior Regional Operations Analyst will play a vital role in optimizing operational performance across regional operations within a data logistics company focused on healthcare. This remote position involves data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support the mission of improving healthcare through data connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Log all call transactions into the designated computer software systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements that improve operational workflows and productivity.
  • Assist in the execution of sub regional projects and initiatives, providing analytical support, operational support, and monitoring progress against goals.
  • Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, Senior Regional Operations Analyst, and department heads to align operational strategies and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure operational practices align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar).
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of operational metrics and performance measurement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
