About the position

Responsibilities
- Assist clients via warm leads to educate them on insurance products.

- Handle incoming calls from clients without engaging in cold calling.
- Support the Inside Sales Division with client inquiries and service needs.
Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proven experience in client services or a related field.
