The Support Specialist role at AiRCare Health is a full-time position focused on providing phone-based goal-oriented support services to participants in need of mental and emotional healthcare. The position emphasizes building trust and rapport with clients, conducting needs assessments, and advocating for their needs while utilizing advanced interviewing techniques and coaching methodologies. Responsibilities

  • Provide phone-based goal-oriented support services.
  • Engage, build trust, and foster rapport with participants.
  • Facilitate incoming transfer calls from frontline support staff.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments.
  • Maintain consistent communication with program participants and their care team.
  • Advocate for participants' needs and provide personalized support.
  • Conduct quality of life assessments and make informed recommendations.
  • Utilize advanced interviewing techniques and coaching methodologies.
  • Continuously monitor participants' progress and adjust support as needed.
  • Educate participants on available employer benefits.
  • Utilize AiRCare's support system effectively.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy compliance.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics.
  • Share responsibility for periodic on-call duties.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a mental health discipline and/or related field.
  • Valid, independent, and unrestricted license in behavioral health.
  • Residence in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI.
  • 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments.
  • Excitement about providing life-changing clinical care to a full caseload of clients.
  • High level of proficiency in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
  • Willingness to receive feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major asset.
  • Ability to work from specified time zones.

  • Experience with remote work environments.
  • Familiarity with tech tools for remote communication and support.
