The incumbent will be responsible for daily sales while achieving a high-quality assurance rating and pay thru rate. The employee will need to be coachable and willing to learn. As a licensed Medicare insurance agent, you will assist customers in making Medicare healthcare decisions by carefully matching them with the optimal products and services. This role requires meeting monthly sales and performance goals using compliant sales practices, as it is primarily a phone sales position. You will answer phone calls from customers, assist them in completing the appropriate applications and forms, and abide by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures. Demonstrating fantastic customer service skills with a friendly and patient attitude is essential, as is remaining compliant with all state continuing education requirements. Bilingual Spanish-English candidates are encouraged to apply, as fluency in both languages is a significant asset. The position offers a base salary of $20 per hour, with bilingual agents earning $21 per hour. Most first-year agents earn between $55,000 and $65,000, while those in their second year and beyond can earn $85,000 to $125,000+.
