About the position

We are seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our rapidly expanding insurance team. This role offers flexibility in sales methods, including virtual and face-to-face interactions with clients. The position provides unparalleled compensation opportunities, with agents starting at a high commission rate and the potential for significant earnings. We also support candidates in obtaining their licenses through an accelerated program and sponsored pre-licensing classes.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through telesales and/or Zoom video calls.
• Meet clients in person for traditional face-to-face sales.
• Provide comprehensive back-office CRM support.
• Participate in weekly skill-related training calls to enhance performance.
• Listen in on top producers during live Zoom dials for coaching and feedback.
• Retain ownership of business from day one with vested renewals.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Successful completion of State License Exam (if not already licensed).
• Self-disciplined and possess a strong work ethic.
• Equipped with basic technology skills.
• Open to learning and willing to be coached.
• Compassionate towards people and skilled closers.
