About the position

We are seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our rapidly expanding insurance team. This role offers flexibility in sales methods, including virtual and face-to-face interactions with clients. The position provides unparalleled compensation, starting at 70% commission, with opportunities for growth and leadership roles. For candidates without a license, we offer an accelerated program to obtain licensing quickly, along with sponsored pre-licensing classes.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through telesales and/or Zoom video calls.
• Meet clients in person for face-to-face sales.
• Provide comprehensive back-office CRM support.
• Participate in weekly skill-related training calls.
• Listen in on top producers during live Zoom dials for coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Successful completion of State License Exam (if not already licensed).
