About the position

The Marketing Enthusiast position focuses on building and managing systems to generate consistent inbound lead traffic using Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC). The role requires collaboration with various teams to optimize marketing strategies and ensure data-driven solutions are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall marketing operations by managing lead quality and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage expectations from multiple groups through effective teamwork.
  • Collaborate on best practices for Marketo and SFDC.
  • Understand and implement Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Life-cycle Management.
  • Adopt a strategic approach to optimize and scale marketing technologies.
  • Review program requirements with the team and identify areas for optimization.
  • Update progress on email marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Manage large sets of data while maintaining data health and quality.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and dashboards, alerting leadership when action is required.
  • Oversee Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing in Marketo.
  • Assess ad hoc analytic project requests and determine the best approach and team members.
  • Advise marketing operations on data requirements for analysis.
  • Visualize data findings to resonate with stakeholders and highlight implications.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with Marketo.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about Marketing Automation.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard and reporting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in lead nurturing and lead scoring.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations for executive review.
