About the position

The Marketing Product Manager (Analyst, Streaming platform Operations) will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing marketing data capabilities, focusing on audience segmentation and data quality. This position is integral to the Marketing Operations team, facilitating collaboration between global marketers, data analysts, and engineers to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and workflows. The role emphasizes bridging communication between marketing and technical teams to drive strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with lifecycle marketing, data analytics, and engineering teams to translate marketing strategies into actionable workflows and data solutions.
  • Document requirements, data attributes, and schemas to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal marketing teams and product management or technical vendor teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
  • Lead data quality improvement initiatives by driving process enhancements and establishing automated audits.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work streams, managing dependencies, identifying obstacles, and tracking progress.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, knowledge base articles, and process documentation for marketing data workflows.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure data capabilities meet defined requirements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain status documentation on internal processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably within a digital agency or subscription services environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and data lifecycle management.
  • Basic understanding of data schemas, experimental best practices, and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in subscription-based services or data-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with product management principles, including creating user stories and managing project deliverables.
