About the position

The Marketing Product Manager (Analyst, Streaming Platform Operations) role at Beacon Hill Staffing Group is designed for a versatile and technically skilled individual who will support and enhance marketing data capabilities, particularly in audience segmentation and data quality. This position is crucial for driving strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives and involves collaboration with global marketers, data analysts, and engineers to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, data analytics, and engineering teams to translate marketing strategies into actionable workflows and data solutions.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact between internal marketing teams and product management or technical vendor teams to ensure clear communication of requirements.
  • Data Quality Management: Lead initiatives to improve data quality, establish automated audits, and document findings to maintain data integrity.
  • Project Coordination & Tracking: Manage cross-functional work streams, track progress, and support sprint ceremonies while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical specifications and process documentation to support marketing data workflows.
  • Testing & Validation: Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure data capabilities meet defined requirements.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare reports and maintain documentation on internal processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably in a digital agency or subscription services environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and data lifecycle management.
  • Basic understanding of data schemas, experimental best practices, and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in subscription-based services or data-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with product management principles, including creating user stories and managing project deliverables.
