About the position

The Marketing Program (Project) Manager at ATR International is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing marketing projects. This role serves as a liaison between project management, planning, and various stakeholders, ensuring that projects meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Serves as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets, and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Provides customer program support including faculty contract verification and non-disclosure agreement execution.
• Handles Compliance HUB work and acts as a faculty liaison and sales coordinator.
• Promotes programs and manages program close out processes.
• Submits requests for faculty payments and pulls program metrics.
• Reviews content for quality control and takes content through the regulatory/legal/clinical review process.
• Submits content into the system for approval and manages promotional platforms.

Requirements

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one job area.
• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline.
