About the position

The Remote MBI Scrum Master position at Insight Global involves providing leadership to a scrum team supporting a federal customer. The role requires expertise in Agile methodologies and scrum best practices, facilitating various scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team delivers high value to clients and end users.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team to enable self-organization and increased scrum maturity.
• Support the product owner and development team to deliver high value to the client and end users.
• Understand and communicate the product vision of each sprint and release.
• Identify and remove impediments across the cross-functional team.
• Identify areas of growth and enable the team to inspect and adapt accordingly.
• Report on status and impediments.

Requirements

• Active IRS MBI clearance required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
• Experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
