About the position
As a Remote Cash Services Specialist at Community Health Systems, you will support the organization's mission to provide quality healthcare by managing healthcare revenue cycle processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with productivity and quality standards, maintaining effective communication, and resolving variances in a timely manner. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while contributing to the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of all essential host and workflow systems and websites.
- Ensure compliance with productivity standards set forth by SSC Leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards set forth by SSC Leadership.
- Identify, research, & resolve variances in a timely manner.
- Maintain open and productive communication with others, both within the SSC and external, in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 1 Year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or business office.
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years' experience in revenue cycle structure and process.
