As a Sales Operations Manager at Vyaire, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales operations and driving the success of our respiratory diagnostics division. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of innovative professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes through exceptional respiratory care solutions. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of sales incentives, including the administration of commissions, and will work closely with Sales and HR leadership to develop incentive plans and compensation structures that motivate and reward our sales teams. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you partner with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to establish annual quotas and sales targets, overseeing the quota review and distribution process to ensure alignment with our business objectives. In addition to managing sales incentives, you will develop and maintain the Customer Master function, enhancing our customer tracking and management capabilities. This role requires you to oversee the sales tracings process and manage the billbacks and chargebacks, collaborating with the Sales Channel Management team to ensure distributor compliance and conduct financial reviews. You will also be responsible for managing administrative fees and rebates, working alongside the Health Systems team and Marketing to assess the overall health of related programs. Your expertise will extend to pricing management, where you will lead pricing administration activities, including the creation of local and group contract price lists, product list prices, and floor prices, while resolving any pricing discrepancies that may arise. As a proactive thought leader, you will prepare for upcoming challenges associated with our growth in volume and complexity, identifying opportunities for streamlined and automated processes in collaboration with accounting, IT, and other functional groups. In this role, you will also focus on developing meaningful sales and contract productivity reports and metrics, ensuring that proper controls are maintained across all responsible areas. A key aspect of your position will be to inspire and develop your team through effective direction, coaching, performance reviews, and fostering individual skill growth and knowledge.
