About the position

As a Sales Operations Manager at Vyaire, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales operations and driving the success of our respiratory diagnostics division. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of innovative professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes through exceptional respiratory care solutions. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of sales incentives, including the administration of commissions, and will work closely with Sales and HR leadership to develop incentive plans and compensation structures that motivate and reward our sales teams. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you partner with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to establish annual quotas and sales targets, overseeing the quota review and distribution process to ensure alignment with our business objectives. In addition to managing sales incentives, you will develop and maintain the Customer Master function, enhancing our customer tracking and management capabilities. This role requires you to oversee the sales tracings process and manage the billbacks and chargebacks, collaborating with the Sales Channel Management team to ensure distributor compliance and conduct financial reviews. You will also be responsible for managing administrative fees and rebates, working alongside the Health Systems team and Marketing to assess the overall health of related programs. Your expertise will extend to pricing management, where you will lead pricing administration activities, including the creation of local and group contract price lists, product list prices, and floor prices, while resolving any pricing discrepancies that may arise. As a proactive thought leader, you will prepare for upcoming challenges associated with our growth in volume and complexity, identifying opportunities for streamlined and automated processes in collaboration with accounting, IT, and other functional groups. In this role, you will inspire and develop your team through effective direction, coaching, and performance reviews, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skill enhancement. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that proper controls are maintained across all responsible areas, ultimately contributing to the success of our sales operations and the overall mission of Vyaire to improve lives through innovative respiratory care solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales incentives, including commission administration.
  • Partner with Sales and HR leadership on incentive planning and total incentive compensation structure.
  • Work with FP&A to develop annual quotas and sales targets and oversee the quota review and distribution process.
  • Develop and maintain the Customer Master function to optimize customer tracking and management capabilities.
  • Manage the sales tracings process.
  • Oversee the billbacks and chargebacks process and partner with the Sales Channel Management team for distributor compliance and financial reviews.

  • Ensure proper controls are maintained for all responsible areas.
  • Inspire and develop the team through direction, coaching, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial, or related role.
